What does it take to live a healthy lifestyle in 2026?

How do you know if you’re doing it right?

Are you doing enough?

These questions prompt us to watch the reel, read the post, bookmark the article, and download the eBook. But how will we know if we’ve discovered THE supplement protocol, THE work-out routine, THE meal plan that will finally help us reach our health goals?

And for women navigating Menopause, there is no shortage of new best-selling books, popular podcasts, and dynamic influencers out there all promising to end our suffering and to make us feel young again. Does anyone get the feeling that the Health & Wellness Industry has systematically seized the opportunity to capitalize on 10 million perimenopausal women in the United States who want to cool down, have sex without pain, and lose that “menopause belly” ?!?

As a Menopause Coach, lately it’s felt like I’m shouting into all of this new noise, but only a whisper can be heard.

It’s a whisper just trying to ask, “How are you doing with the basics?”.

How’s your sleep?

Are you staying hydrated?

How much time are you on screens?

What’s your nutrition looking like lately?

Do you enjoy physical movement each day?

How much time are you spending outside getting sunlight?

And let's take it one step further: are you suppressing your emotions, or allowing yourself to feel them?

I love to help women take a step back and consider how foundational habits either set them up to move forward in their health journey or lead them to stay in that stagnant place that prompted them to book with me.

When you are ready to move forward, we start setting goals that you can actually meet, and within a reasonable time-frame. We don’t invent a complicated plan that turns your world upside-down. We identify the changes that you want to make and find ways that these can be integrated into how you are already living.

We embed micro-habits into your daily routine…

Maybe it's creating a bedtime ritual, mixing electrolytes into your water bottle, keeping your phone in a set location in the house, walking the dog an extra 10 minutes, cooking meals at home more often, or sitting outside during your lunch break (when it warms up just a tad😉).

And then, something amazing begins to happen…

Little actions like these, when we are consistent, can lead to BIG growth. We watch these everyday lifestyle shifts work synergistically to address the interconnected challenges of the menopausal transition. These little consistent steps can lead to BIG growth. Each intentional change becomes a radical act of self-care.
