Join us at the Ridge Lodge at Horizons on September 19th for a day filled with expert speakers, small group experiences, and building relationships. Discover new ways to enhance your well-being… from gut health to mental health, fertility & perinatal care, postpartum care, immune & inflammation, nutrition, pelvic health, menopause and much more! You will walk away with: New friendships with local women Connections to local holistic practitioners Knowledge about what labs to ask your provider to order Empowerment for using your voice as you navigate your healing journey This powerful day will begin with a morning keynote presentation by licensed naturopathic doctor Alexandra Cope. Then you will attend 4 sessions of your choice led by local experts and coaches across many health and wellness disciplines. A catered lunch will be included in your ticket. Mindful movement with Coleen Clement of Elevated Roots Wellness will be a special part of our day.
